For Nedap’s 2018 annual report, CF Report made a true metamorphosis. This involved working closely with Nedap’s management and IR advisor Lindner & Van Maanen. The result is a sleek report offering clear key figures, a short profile, a trend overview, detailed insights into strategy and value creation (value creation model), share information and a concise financial explanation. Extra attention has been paid to the market groups and clear cases that clarify the implementation of the Nedap strategy. In addition, there is a compact sustainability overview. Nedap’s competitive strength is determined by three elements: people, culture and leadership. Extra attention is paid to these elements, for example in the form of an HR dashboard and a striking overview of HR highlights. With this report, Nedap is able to bring its performance to the attention of its different stakeholders and successfully present the ‘story’ of the company.
